Staff Birthdays – we offer a 12-month deal to Companies. Each one can be customised according to budget. We offer delivery once a month to cover all the birthdays for that month.

Staff Appreciation Gifts – For targets and sales met, or just for recognition of great work.

Hospitality Gifting

Nougat & Gifts for hotels, Guest houses & conferences

We offer a wide spectrum of gifts for general concierge services ranging from welcome gifts, turndown nougat or pillow drops and nougat for dessert tables in hotel restaurants.

Personalised Gifts

We offer a range of personalisation services such as overbranding, customised name tags, product personalised box sleeves or product branding i.e. (mugs/mouse pads etc). Tell us what you have in mind and we will do our best to meet your brief. All logos need to be sent in a PDF file.

Differences between CPT & JHB offering?

Our product offerings are identical, but the personal relationship with our clients is what makes our two branches unique – having two branches allows our gifting team to interact with each and every client in a personal way, no matter the geographic location.

What is the order process?

All orders and requests need to be emailed to sam@sallywilliamsfinefoods.com or natasja@sallywilliamsfinefoods.com for Cape Town regions and KZN. All Gauteng orders and surrounds to email tumi@sallywilliamsfinefoods.com or nakita@sallywilliamsfinefoods.com. Once the email is received it will be acknowledged and someone will make contact with you. Please supply the following information: Units required, Date of delivery, address and budget. This will enable us to offer something to suit your personal requirements and budget.

How long do orders take?

Order lead time depends on the size of the order, but at Sally Williams, we pride ourselves in our quick turnaround time for producing handcrafted, bespoke gifts for our clients. Please ensure you place your order a couple of weeks in advance to avoid disappointment.

Small vs large orders?

Our gifts come in all shapes and sizes, so there is something here for every occasion, no matter the budget. However, orders to the value of R1 000 or more come with the added bonus of free delivery!

Can you customise orders? If so to what extent?

All Sally Williams gifts can be customised. Each order is curated using the finest Sally Williams products and packaged with care to the customer’s specifications.

How do delivery fees work?

If your order is below R1000 -we charge R50 to deliver within the JHB, Cape Town and surrounding areas of these two cities.

If your order is above R1000 in Johannesburg and Cape Town and weighs 10kg or less, we will deliver free of charge.

Orders that are in the areas outside of Johannesburg and 50km outside of the Cape Town area will be charged at a fee of (R100.00-up to 2kg) (R185- 2- 5kg)

You are welcome to arrange your own courier for bulk orders or request a quote. You are also welcome to collect orders at any of the two offices.
